Reformer Pilates + Sculpt
Strengthen and tone your entire body! Define your core, sculpt and lengthen your muscles, gain flexibility and get that mind-body connection all in one go! This class is fitness and sculpt inspired mixed with pilates, yoga and meditation. Get ready to sweat, have fun, move to a dope playlist, chill a bit and end with a long savasana (meditation).

Ride Rhythm + Stretch
Each ride is a full-body workout designed to reboot and strengthen both your mind and body. Set to playlists to allow you to feel the beat, each instructor and class is different – keeping you energized, inspired, and challenged. We believe in the power of music and its influence on your workout. Feel the rhythm and let’s ride it out! All cycle classes end with a stretch and savasana (meditation) allowing you to leave feeling lit up + balanced.

REMIX Reformer + Ride
A little mix of it all. 50/50 cycle + reformer pilates ending in savasana (meditation)
