Reservations are made in advance online through our schedule page using MindBody. You can click "Schedule", "Book a Class" or through the MindBody app.

Have an injury, physical concern or are pregnant? Check with your healthcare provider before class and always let your teacher know before we start so we can offer modifications when appropriate.

We keep classes at around 78-81 degrees.

If your favorite class is sold out, definitely waitlist it! If a spot opens up, you will be automatically added to the class in the order of where you are on the waitlist. You will receive a text or email from Mindbody up to 30m before class start time, so please make sure you have your alerts on with us!

If you are on the waitlist, and know you won’t be able to make it to class. Please remove yourself from the waitlist online using your MindBody account.

Your spot in class can be given away at the beginning of class if there is someone on standby waiting at the studio.

If you have been added to class from the waitlist, standard cancellation policies apply.

You may cancel your class free of charge up to 12 hours in advance and the class will be credited back to you. If you cancel after this time you will be charged as follows:

Late Cancel (within 12 hours): Loss of class + $20 fee (all members)

No-Show (don’t cancel + don’t show up): Loss of class + $30 fee (all clients)

Cancel more than 12 hours in advance: Your class will be credited back or rescheduled with no fee.

All sales are final. Classes are non-refundable, exchangeable or transferable.

If you need to cancel a reservation, log into MindBody, go to My Info, click My Schedule and click Cancel next to the class time.  If you have trouble canceling or have any questions, email or text the studio!

Memberships require 30 days' written notice to cancel.

After your minimum contract term is complete, your membership automatically continues month-to-month at your current rate until written cancellation notice is received.

Early termination fees apply if cancelling before your minimum contract term is complete.

You may pause your membership for 1 month with no fees. If you need longer, you may pause for up to 3 months with a $35 fee per month.

GSC classes are designed for ages 16+. Clients under 18 require parent/guardian approval. For safety, children may not sit in the studio or lobby unattended during class.
