WELCOME TO THE SOCIETY!

Please consider the following when attending your first class:

  • Show up EARLY! We lock our doors right when class starts! Arrive at least 10min early to get settled in! Please share with the teacher any injuries that you feel are important for them to know.

  • If you need to cancel: You may cancel your class free of charge up to 12 hours in advance and the class will be credited back to you. If you cancel after this time you will be charged as follows: If you late cancel a class or no show and you are using a class pack, a class will be deducted from the remaining classes in your class pack. If you late cancel or no show and have unlimited membership you will be charged a fee of $25. 

    All sales are final. Classes are non-refundable, exchangeable or transferable.

    If you need to cancel a reservation, log into MindBody, go to My Info, click My Schedule and click Cancel next to the class time.  If you have trouble canceling or have any questions, email or text the studio!

  • Waitlisters: If your favorite class is sold out, definitely waitlist it! If a spot opens up, you will be automatically added to the class in the order of where you stood on the waitlist. You will receive a text or email from Mindbody so please make sure you have your alerts on with us! We will release any open reformers or bikes right on the class start time, show up early so you don’t lose your spot!

  • Shoes: Please bring your own shoes for cycle classes! Our bikes are dual sided for SPD cleats or regular athletic shoes! No shoes for the reformer!

  • Grippy socks: Bring those grippy socks, they are required for all reformer classes. We do have some for purchase if you don’t have any!

  • Clothing: Wear comfortable clothing that you can move and sweat in!

  • Water: Bring a water bottle. Keep hydrated! We do have bottles for purchase.

  • Towel:  Please bring one, you will sweat!

  • Eat: Don’t eat too much before you come to class.

  • Have fun! Keep an open mind and be patient. We are all here for the same reason - So enjoy the journey!

  • Great! We are excited to have you! Just come to class 10 minutes early to fill out the New Student form and to get you settled in! Pre-registration is mandatory since we do sell out! All our classes at Good Society Club are for all levels. So you are more than welcome to attend any class on the schedule! Our highly qualified instructors will help you out along the way! Just remember to have fun! The journey is the best part!

  • All our classes are for everyBODY! Of course get advice from your Dr. first and always inform your instructor of any concerns you may be experiencing. 

  • First off, CONGRATS!!! There are some precautions, so you will want to ask your doctor! 

  • You should wear comfortable clothing that you are ready to sweat in! please check description of classes for whether or not you need shoes or socks! Please don't wear any colognes or perfumes. Avoid practicing with a full stomach and drink plenty of water before class to remain hydrated. Oh, and be prepared to have a lot of fun and meet some cool new friends! We can't wait to meet you!

  • We keep classes at around 78 degrees.

  • A reformer is a bed like frame machine using a system of springs and pulleys to create tension and resistance allowing for a full body, zero impact workout.

  • No, we do not offer classical pilates. Our classes are fitness and sculpt inspired mixed with pilates, yoga and meditation! You will experience some cardio, strength, flexibility and all classes are set to a dope playlist! Get ready to have fun!

  • Our classes are designed for every level of experience. If you are a beginner, our instructors are equipped to modify to your needs and encourage you to push yourself towards your goals and if you’ve taken classes before and want a deeper, more intense workout we gotchu too!

  • Yes! Please bring sticky pilates socks (socks with little stickies on the bottom) we do have some for sale if you don’t have any!

THE UN-FINE PRINT

All about classes + signing up + waitlist:

  • You may pause your membership for 1 month with no fees. If you need longer, you may pause for up to 3 months with a $30 fee per month.

    If you are medically hurt of course shoot us a message and we will work with you!

  • We know life happens! If you need to cancel before your contract is up, shoot us an email. There will be a small cancellation fee depending on how many months remain.

    prepaid memberships are non refundable and cannot pause or extend.

    For auto-renewed memberships, your credit card will be stored and charged every month, on date of sale. If you wish to cancel your memberships, submit written notice for cancellation 30 days prior to scheduled auto payment deduction date to hey@goodsocietyclub.com Please let us know 30 days prior to the end of the 6 months to when you would like to cancel your auto-renewal or another 6 month contract will take effect. Early termination: fees apply depending on how many months remain

    IMPORTANT: Please let us know 30 days prior to the end of the 6 months if you would like to cancel your auto-renewal. It will continue on forever month to month under no contract at this special rate until you send us an email to cancel!

  • All sales are final. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 12 hours in advance and those funds will be applied to your account for future use. Should it be within the 12 hour window, your account will be charged as if you attended. THANK you!

  • Due to the heat and intensity of the practice, we recommend students be a minimum of 16 years old and please bring a parents approval by emailing or texting us! All persons in the class must be participating to their best ability (bringing children to sit and watch classes is not permitted). 

  • By signing up for and/or attending Good Society Club classes, private sessions, events, activities and other programs (individually and/or collectively, the “Classes”) and using the premises, facilities and equipment, or any other location or venue where Good Society Club is providing services (individually and/or collectively, the “Facilities”) of Good Society Club Inc, its parent and subsidiaries (collectively, “Good Society Club”):

    I hereby acknowledge on behalf of myself, my heirs, personal representatives and/or assigns, that there are certain inherent risks and dangers in participating in Good Society Club classes and the use of the exercise equipment in association with the Classes and Facilities.

    I represent that I (a) have no medical or physical condition that would prevent me from properly participating in the Classes and using the Facilities, (b) do not have a physical or mental condition that would put me in any physical or medical danger, and (c) have not been instructed by a physician to not participate in physical exercise whether pregnant or not. I acknowledge that if I have any chronic disabilities or conditions, I am at risk for Covid-19 and other infections and injuries participating in Good Society Club Classes, and should not be participating in any Classes or using the Facilities.

    I acknowledge the risks associated with the Classes at Good Society Club and I acknowledge that some of these risks cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries.

    I also acknowledge that the specific risks vary from one activity to another, but range from (1) minor injuries such as bruises and sprains; (2) major injuries such as joint or back injuries, heart attacks and concussions; and (3) catastrophic injuries including paralysis and death.      

    Good Society Club reserves the right to deny access to any person Good Society Club deems to be acting in an inappropriate or unsafe manner.

    I hereby acknowledge that there are no refunds. Payments are nonrefundable and there are no credits for partially used periods or packages.

    I understand that classes are non-transferrable and there are no refunds in regards to any sales at Good Society Club, including classes, sessions, workshops teacher training, and retail sales.

    I acknowledge and understand all membership policies and contract details I sign up for.

    I understand all the late cancel and no show policies associated with Memberships.

    I acknowledge that I have been urged to avoid bringing valuables into the Facilities and that Good Society Club shall not be liable for the loss of, theft of, or damage to my personal property, including items left in lockers, the bathroom, the studio, or anywhere else in the Facilities. I acknowledge that no portion of any fees paid by me is in consideration for the safeguarding of valuables.

    I acknowledge that classes, workshops and programs at Good Society Club may be filmed, photographed or live-streamed. I fully acknowledge and give permission and authorize to use my likeness at Good Society Club as they feel deemed. I grant permission and consent to Good Society Club to use my likeness, photos, and any live-streaming classes or filmed classes as deemed.

    In consideration of being allowed to participate in and access the Classes and Facilities at Good Society Club, I hereby agree to (1) assume full responsibility for any and all injuries or damage which are sustained or aggravated by me in relation to the Classes and Facilities, and (2) release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless Good Society Club, its direct and indirect parent, subsidiary and affiliate entities, and each of their respective officers, directors, members, employees, representatives and agents, and each of their respective successors and assigns and all others, from any and all responsibility, claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities to the fullest extent allowed by law arising out of or in any way related to participation in the Classes or use of the Facilities.

    This is standard practice and non-negotiable.
